The enerx 8 watt LED sensor bulb is a unique unit with an inbuilt motion sensor. This will detect body movement up to five meters away enabling automatic operation.

It gives out a nice warm white colour of 700 lumens. Each enerx LED bulb contains NO MERCURY, Toxic or dangerous substances. They transmit NO infrared or UV radiation.

The enerx 8 watt LED Sensor Bulb is a unique unit with an inbuilt motion sensor. This will detect body movement up to five meters away enabling automatic operation. It has also an inbuilt light detector which disables the bulb illuminating during daylight hours. It is designed to replace a 75w incandescent bulb or 15w compact fluorescent lamp (CFL).

 

Manual

Please read this manual carefully before using this lamp in order to operate it correctly. This lamp is a new energy saving lamp and is replacing the traditional incandescent lamp.

 

Operation

Light automatically powers on lamp when motion is detected for an initial time of 30 seconds. After initial 30 seconds, if motion is still detected, on period extends to two minutes intervals’. Motion detection range is 5 meters at 100⁰ from centre of PIR sensor. When detection ceases, time delay will continue for 2 minutes, then turns lamp off automatically. Built in day light sensor disables automatic operation when light level is above 5 LUX.

 

Before Installation

Be sure power is OFF to light circuit before replacing lamp. Do not install above 4.5 meters from floor. Allow old incandescent lamps to cool before removing. Do not install in direct sunlight areas or in front of heater window air-conditioning unit. Do not install in areas with contact to rain.

 

Installation

Install new sensor lamp into light socket Turn on power and light switch Lamp will light for 40 second and then convert to standby mode if daylight is detected. If more than one bulb is on the switch circuit it is recommended replacing all bulbs with sensors lamps.
